• Use vehicles in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable platform terms (Uber, Lyft, etc.)

All vehicle rentals are subject to a separate Rental Agreement that will be provided at the time of booking. Rental rates, terms, and conditions are as specified in that agreement and may vary based on vehicle type, rental duration, and driver qualifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ezra Mobility Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
